High Dependency and Nursing Furniture

We manufacture two types of reinforced furniture – our high dependency (HD) and ultra high dependency (UHD) ranges. Both ranges of heavy duty furniture are suitable for the most demanding environments and have been used within special units in the NHS

These ranges are based on the designs of our standard contract furniture and include occasional, dining and tub chairs; sofas; and dining and coffee tables.

Our HD furniture is re-enforced with the addition of boarded out sides, a solid seat base and solid back.

Our UHD furniture features a still more substantial level of re-enforcement, with more substantial boarding, an MDF base, anti tamper fixings and concealed staples. This furniture can be additionally weighted to make it hard to move

We also produce a range of simple, robust, bespoke cabinet furniture. Some pictures are shown in the main section

Despite their strength both ranges retain their good looks to give a domestic feel to any scheme in which it is used
